Here’s one for any of the local mum’s who still read this blog – and are looking for something to help them to put some cheer into the grey days of winter, maybe even get back in shape post xmas.
Zumba: I am regularly cheered by it.
And if you are looking for a local dance class that is cheerful, open and welcoming, you can’t do worse than one run by Siobhan, who runs a range of classes during the week in the Deepings and surrounding locations.

Its from 1pm to 5pm at the Kings School, Peterborough. There will be 9 instructors in total, with Siobhan doing her bit from 1.55-2.25pm.
There’s a £10 entry fee – or alternatively, you can join the event free is you raise £20 or more for the charity.
